We truly appreciate your business and the time you've taken to explore our collection.
For all in-stock styles, your order will be sent to our warehouse for packing and payment processing immediately. This fulfillment process typically takes a few business days to complete. Once your order has shipped, you will receive both an invoice and a tracking number for your convenience.
Pre-order styles will remain on backorder until they arrive at our facility and pass our quality assurance protocols. Once ready, they will be processed and shipped in the same manner as in-stock items.
Please note:
Shipping charges displayed during checkout are pre-authorized estimates to secure sufficient funds for your shipment. When your shipment is ready, the rate will be adjusted to reflect the actual shipping cost, which is typically lower than the pre-authorized amount.
Cancellations are accepted only if made prior to shipping. Once a shipment is in transit, all claims must be directed to our Returns Department:
